ingredients

1 lb. ground turkey
2 green onions, finely chopped
⅓ cup Kikkoman® Panko Bread Crumbs
⅓ cup milk
2 teaspoon Kikkoman® Soy Sauce
1-2 teaspoon Kikkoman® Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce (to taste)
½ teaspoon ground black pepper

For serving:
12 cucumber slices
4 burger buns
4 romaine lettuce leaves
4-8 tomato slices
Kikkoman® Sriracha Mayo Sauce

directions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey with the panko, milk, soy sauce, sriracha, green onion slices, and pepper. Mix everything together and shape into 4 patties.
  2. Cook burgers on a grill over medium heat for 5-6 minutes on each side or until fully cooked through. Slice the burger buns and lightly toast them on the grill.
  3. Assemble burgers by spreading the buns with sriracha mayo, then add the burgers and toppings.
