ingredients

1 pound sweet potatoes, cut into wedges
1 pound russet potatoes, cut into wedges
1 tablespoon olive oil
¼ teaspoon onion powder
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon paprika
¼ teaspoon sea salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
¼ cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons Kikkoman® Thai Yellow Curry Sauce

directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400ºF and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. In a large mixing bowl, combine potatoes and olive oil. Toss to coat. Season with onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper and use hands to toss potatoes to thoroughly coat.
  2. Pour potatoes into prepared baking sheet and spread evenly. Bake for 20 minutes. Use a spatula to turn potatoes. Bake 20 minutes longer.
  3. Prepare aioli by stirring together Thai curry sauce and mayonnaise in a small bowl. Serve fries hot with dipping sauce.
