ingredients

1 pound ground turkey
½ cups Kikkoman® Sriracha Panko or Kikkoman® Coconut Panko
4 green onions, chopped
1 egg
1 tablespoon Kikkoman® Soy Sauce
½ teaspoon Kikkoman ® Sesame Oil
½ tablespoon ginger, minced
2 cloves of garlic, minced
½ lime, zested
½ bottle of Kikkoman® Gluten-Free Sweet Chili Sauce

directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425˚F
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, panko, green onions, egg, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, garlic, and lime zest. Form into balls 2 tablespoons each and place on a parchment-lined baking tray.
  3. Bake for 20-25 mins or until cooked
  4. While meatballs cook, heat sweet chili sauce in a small saucepan over low heat.
  5. Drizzle sauce over meatballs and serve alone as an appetizer or alongside rice or noodles.
