Tuna Poke Crostinis

ingredients

1 lb. fresh tuna (sushi grade), cubed
4 green onions, finely chopped
1 avocado, diced
¼ cup cucumber, finely diced
¼ cup red pepper, finely diced
3 tablespoons Kikkoman® Gluten-Free Poke Sauce
1 teaspoon Kikkoman® Sesame Oil
20 baguette crisps (can substitute crackers or toasted baguette slices)
1 tablespoon black sesame seeds (optional)

directions

  1. In a bowl, combine tuna, green onion, avocado, cucumber and red pepper.
  2. Pour poke sauce, and sesame oil onto the mixture and stir well.
  3. Spoon approximately 1 tablespoon of the mixture onto each baguette crisp and sprinkle with black sesame seeds.
  4. Serve cold.
