- Heat oil over medium-high heat in a large skillet. While oil is heating, blot excess moisture from cubed chicken with paper towel. Add chicken, flour, salt and pepper to a bowl, stirring until chicken is coated.
- Using tongs, add cubed chicken to hot oil and cook for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until chicken is cooked through and outside is golden brown.
- Transfer hot chicken to a medium bowl and immediately toss in orange sauce. Serve hot with rice. Garnish with green onions.
