1/2 cup Kikkoman Teriyaki Takumi Collection, Original Sauce
1/3 cup fig preserves
1 tablespoon fresh orange juice
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1/4 cup slivered basil leaves
1 to 1-1/2 pound pork tenderloin

directions

  1. Whisk together Kikkoman Teriyaki Takumi Sauce, fig preserves, orange juice, lemon juice and basil. Reserve 1/4 cup marinade.
  2. Marinate pork in remaining mixture in large plastic food storage bag 30 minutes in refrigerator, turning once.
  3. Grill or broil pork until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees F., 15 to 20 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes.
  4. Slice pork and drizzle with reserved sauce. Garnish with orange slices and basil sprigs if desired.
