2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 cups asparagus, trimmed and coarsely chopped
1 medium zucchini, sliced into to ½-inch half moons
1½ cups snap peas
1 cup shelled edamame, thawed
8 ounces cubed tempeh
1 cup Kikkoman® Teriyaki Takumi, Garlic & Green Onion
2 tablespoons chopped fresh green onion
4 cups cooked basmati rice, for serving

directions

1. Heat oil over medium-high heat. Add asparagus, zucchini, and snap peas. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring regularly.
2. Reduce heat to low. Stir in edamame, tempeh, and teriyaki sauce. Simmer for 5 minutes longer.
3. Serve hot over basmati rice topped with fresh green onion.
