ingredients

1 pound ground chicken
1 cup Kikkoman® Panko Bread Crumbs
1 cup shredded cheese
1 cup broccoli, finely chopped
1 egg
1½ tablespoons chicken bullion
1½ tablespoons garlic powder
1½ tablespoons of onion powder
1 tablespoon paprika
1 teaspoon black pepper

directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Combine all ingredients in bowl until thoroughly combined.
  3. Roll mixture into approximately 1½-inch balls or patties and bake 18 minutes or until reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
