1 ½ pounds Brussels sprouts (approximately 18 sprouts)
½ pound of bacon
1 tablespoon Kikkoman® Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce
3 tablespoons honey
1 lime, juiced

directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Cut off the stem end of the sprouts and pull off any yellow outer leaves. Cut in half.
  3. Wrap each sprout with half of a piece of bacon. Place in a single layer on a foil-lined baking sheet. Roast for about 30 minutes, turning them halfway, until the sprouts are tender and the bacon is crisp.
  4. Meanwhile, combine sriracha, honey, and lime in a small bowl.
  5. Brush the sprouts with the sauce and serve warm.
