ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken thighs, cut into bite sized pieces
  • ½ cup Kikkoman® Karaage coating mix
  • 1 Tbsp Kikkoman® Soy Sauce 
  • 1 Tbsp vegetable oil
  • 8 small tortillas
  • 1 cup coleslaw mix (pre-shredded cabbage and carrots)
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 TBSP sriracha(optional)
  • Lime wedge for serving

directions

  1. Marinate the chicken pieces in soy sauce for about 10 minutes.
  2. Coat the chicken pieces with karaage coating mix.
  3. Heat a shallow pan over medium heat with little oil.
  4. Cook the chicken until golden brown and cooked through, about 4-5 minutes per side.
  5. In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise and sriracha to make a spicy sauce.
  6. Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave.
  7. Spread a little spicy sauce on each tortilla.
  8. Add a few pieces of chicken and some coleslaw mix.
  9. Serve with lime wedges on the side.
