- Marinate the chicken pieces in soy sauce for about 10 minutes.
- Coat the chicken pieces with karaage coating mix.
- Heat a shallow pan over medium heat with little oil.
- Cook the chicken until golden brown and cooked through, about 4-5 minutes per side.
- In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise and sriracha to make a spicy sauce.
- Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave.
- Spread a little spicy sauce on each tortilla.
- Add a few pieces of chicken and some coleslaw mix.
- Serve with lime wedges on the side.
