ingredients

5.6 ounce spaghetti
½ Dashi/soup stock
1 tablespoon Kikkoman® Less Sodium Soy Sauce
3.3 fluid ounces water
2 packs Natto/fermented soybeans
1 tablespoon butter
2 tablespoons chives, diced

directions

  1. Boil the spaghetti according to the directions on the package.
  2. Heat up soup stock, soy sauce and water. When it begins to simmer, remove from stove and mix in natto.
  3. Stir in butter with spaghetti and place on a plate.
  4. Add natto mixture to spaghetti and generously top with chives.
