- Measure soymilk, peaches and honey into blender container. Cover and process on lowest speed until mixture is just blended (do not purée).
- Pour mixture evenly into paper cups. Place cups in freezer and freeze 15 minutes, or until partially frozen.
- Insert stick into center of each cup; freeze until firm.
- To serve, peel off paper cups.
