3 tablespoons Kikkoman® Teriyaki Marinade & Sauce 2-3 pounds flank steak, cut into 6” long strips 8 pearl onions, peeled 1 yellow squash 2 bell peppers, seeded 1 pound soba noodles, cooked and rinsed 2 scallions, sliced
Arrange flank steak, peppers, and squash vertically on a cutting board. Carefully skewer approximately 4 skewers through each ingredient, then slice into individual skewers. Repeat with remaining ingredients if necessary. Top each skewer with a pearl onion to cover the sharp end.
Grill the skewers on a preheated grill set to medium-high heat for about 4-5 minutes per side (until steak is cooked to desired doneness and veggies are nicely charred). Before removing skewers from the grill, brush with Kikkoman® Teriyaki Marinade & Sauce on each side and allow the sauce to cook for the last minute or so of cooking.
Toss cooked soba noodles with a little vegetable oil and sliced scallions, then top with 2 steak skewers and enjoy.
