- Preheat oven to 400ºF. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and mist with cooking spray. Spread carrots on baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil. Spread in a single layer. Roast for 20 minutes.
- While carrots roast, cook bacon in a frying pan. Cool and chop into small pieces. Set aside.
- Remove carrots from oven and brush with Takumi sauce. Return to oven for 10-15 minutes longer, until carrots are tender.
- Serve carrots hot topped with bacon and fresh thyme.
