- Preheat oven to 325°F.
- Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
- While the oven is heating, stir together sea salt and sriracha sauce until they have been mixed thoroughly.
- Pour salt onto baking sheet in a single layer and place into the oven.
- As soon as the salt is in the oven, turn the oven off, but keep the door shut.
- As the oven cools, the salt will dry out. This can take 30-45 minutes.
- Remove from oven and allow to cool. Once cool, break salt apart either with your hands or with a mortar and pestle. Store as you would normal sea salt.
