ingredients

4 tbsp (or more as desired) Kikkoman® Teriyaki Takumi, Triple Ginger

10oz pork loin

1/2 tbsp potato starch

4-5 large bok choy

1 tbsp Kikkoman® Sesame Oil

Salt and pepper to taste

9 cups of water

directions

1. In a medium pot, bring the water to a boil.

2. Cut bok choy in half lengthwise.

3. Cook bok choy for 1-2 minutes. Drain water and set it on the side.

4. Cut pork loin into fine strips.

5. Lightly season with salt and pepper.

6. Coat with potato starch.

7. Pork should be stir-fried in 1 tablespoon of oil over medium-high heat until browned. Add Takumi sauce and cook well.

8. Put bok choy and pork on the plate. Serve with rice.
