- Heat a medium skillet with a dash of oil.
- Add bell pepper and frozen vegetables.
- Season with garlic and onion powder.
- Stir to combine, then let veggies cook on medium till fork tender.
- In the meantime, cook ramen or rice noodles according to package directions.
- Once cooked, strain, rinse and add into the skillet with vegetables.
- Add stir-fry sauce, stirring quickly to combine as sauce begins to thicken and coat the noodles and vegetables.
- Plate, then serve with fresh cilantro.
