ingredients

8 ounces white button mushrooms, halved lengthwise
½ cup Kikkoman® Teriyaki Takumi, Garlic & Green Onion
2 tablespoons minced green onion for serving

directions

  1. Thread halved mushrooms onto 8-inch skewers. Place on a plate. Brush mushrooms with half of the Takumi sauce.
  2. Heat an outdoor grill or a grill pan to medium heat. Grease with cooking oil. Grill mushroom skewers for 3-4 minutes on each side. Brush with remaining Takumi sauce. Garnish with green onion. Serve hot.
