ingredients

1 pound ground chicken​
4 green onions (2 diced & 2 julienned)​
3 tablespoons Kikkoman® Teriyaki Marinade & Sauce​
1 tablespoon garlic powder​
½ teaspoon pepper​
1 cup Kikkoman® Panko Bread Crumbs​
2 tablespoons oil​
Burger buns​

For Slaw
½ cabbage shredded​
1 carrot shredded ​
1/3 cup mayo​
2 tablespoons vinegar​
½ teaspoon salt​
1 teaspoon sugar​

For Thickened Teriyaki Sauce​
¼ cup Kikkoman® Teriyaki Marinade & Sauce​
1 teaspoon cornstarch

directions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, add ground chicken, diced green onions, teriyaki, garlic powder, pepper, bread crumbs and oil. Combine thoroughly and form 3 burger patties. Set in fridge for 15 minutes. ​
  2. In a large pan on medium high heat, add oil and place chicken patties in it. Cook for about 4 minutes on each side. ​
  3. Once patties are cooked, brush each side with the thickened teriyaki sauce.​
  4. Assemble burger with julienned green onions and slaw mixture.
