Ice
¼ cup English cucumber
1-2 tablespoons fresh ginger, peeled (two small pieces)
½ cup vodka of choice
1½ teaspoons Kikkoman® Teriyaki Marinade & Sauce
1½ teaspoons fresh pineapple juice

For Serving
English cucumber, thinly sliced

directions

  1. Put ice in your martini glass to chill.
  2. Add the diced English cucumber and freshly peeled ginger into a shaker. Muddle until the juices release and the contents are broken down.
  3. Into your sharker, add ice followed by the vodka, teriyaki sauce and pineapple juice. Cover and shake well.
  4. Pour into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with thinly sliced cucumber and enjoy!
