- Put ice in your martini glass to chill.
- Add the diced English cucumber and freshly peeled ginger into a shaker. Muddle until the juices release and the contents are broken down.
- Into your sharker, add ice followed by the vodka, teriyaki sauce and pineapple juice. Cover and shake well.
- Pour into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with thinly sliced cucumber and enjoy!
