- Chop peppers and onion into approximately 2 inch squares. Slice zucchini.
- To assemble kabobs, slide on vegetables, dispersing evenly among the 8 skewers (twist the skewers while carefully adding the snap peas to avoid breaking them).
- In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and garlic.
- Brush sauce mixture over vegetables and let rest in the fridge for 10-15 minutes.
- Preheat oven or grill to 400F.
- Place kabobs directly onto grill or rest on baking sheet and place in oven.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, turning halfway through.
