- Pre-heat air fryer to 380°F.
- Season the chicken wings with Chow Mein seasoning mix, smoked paprika, olive oil, baking powder and smoked paprika. Mix until the wings are coated.
- Air fry wings for 25-27 minutes, flipping halfway through. Work in batches, making sure to not overcrowd the tray.
- While the wings cook, prepare the sauce. In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Once it starts to bubble, add in the Chow Mein seasoning mix and heat for 2-3 minutes. Add in honey, chili oil, soy sauce and a squeeze of fresh lemon juice. Whisk until combined. Allow the sauce to simmer and slightly thicken.
- Add cooked wings to a bowl and pour sauce over. Toss the wings until fully coated. Plate the wings, garnish with chives and enjoy!
