4 tablespoons salted butter, melted 
¼ cup pure maple syrup 
1 tablespoon Kikkoman ® Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce
2 cups corn Chex cereal
2 cups wheat Chex cereal
3 cups pretzels
1 cup raw unsalted cashews or peanuts (or both)

directions

  1. Preheat oven to 250ºF and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat, about 2 minutes. Transfer to a bowl and stir in maple syrup and sriracha.  
  2. Add chex, pretzels, and nuts to a large mixing bowl. Pour sauce over and stir well to coat evenly.  
  3. Spread on baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes. Stir well and spread evenly. Bake 20 minutes longer.  
  4. Cool completely at room temperature, about 1 hour. Serve or store in an airtight container.
