Less Sodium Soy Sauce

This is our flagship Less Sodium Soy Sauce product, made using the same essential ingredients of legendary Kikkoman® Soy Sauce. North American-grown and sourced wheat, soybeans, water and salt come together to create this flavor dynamo. It has 36% less sodium than regular Kikkoman® Soy Sauce with the complex flavor and rich umami of our regular soy sauce, because it is made from that soy sauce—with the sodium chloride reduced after brewing through a proprietary process.

  • Flavor is less salty than regular soy sauce; typical brewed notes and umami from fermentation.
