Vegetable Crudo with Soy Dressing

Ingredients

Vegetable Salad:
Radishes
Multi-Colored Baby Beets
Cucumbers
Yellow or Green Squash
Orange, Grapefruit and Tangerine segments
Microgreens and Edible Flowers

Soy Dressing:
Kikkoman Soy Sauce
Rice Bran Oil

Directions

Slice vegetables thinly and arrange on serving plate. Drizzle with soy sauce and oil.  Garnish with edible flowers and microgreens.
