Maple Soy Caramel Sauce
1 1/2 cups Maple Syrup, Grade B
1/2 cup Heavy Cream
1/4 cup Unsalted Butter
1/2 tablespoon or more to taste Kikkoman Soy Sauce

directions

Cook maple syrup in saucepan over medium heat until temperature reads 250°F. Remove from heat and slowly pour in cream while whisking, being careful as it will bubble up. Whisk in butter and soy sauce. Cool slightly before serving.

Serving Suggestion: Ice Cream. For a more savory dish, such as chicken and waffles or spicy fried brussels sprouts, you may add more soy sauce to taste.
