- Combine Spicy Peanut Poke Dipping Sauce ingredients in bowl, whisk until well combined and set aside.
- Place warm water in a large shallow bowl. Dip rice paper wrapper in warm water for 2 seconds to soften, then lay flat on wet paper towel.
- Place on top of wet rice paper wrapper in rows: cabbage, flaked salmon, ginger, cucumber, asparagus and daikon sprouts. Leave a border of 2 inches around the edge of the wrapper.
- Fold uncovered edges of wrapper inward, then tightly roll the wrapper around the filling.
- Serve Salmon Spring roll with Spicy Peanut Poke Dipping Sauce on the side.
