kikkoman products used:

ingredients

5 oz Napa Cabbage, shredded 6 oz Carrots, julienne cut
2 oz Snow Peas, sliced 1 oz, Scallions, sliced
1 oz Cilantro leaves, chopped
1/2 oz Sesame Seeds

Asian Slaw Dressing:
1/8 cup Kikkoman Poke Sauce
1/4 cup + 1 tbsp Mayonnaise

directions

  1. Combine slaw dressing ingredients in bowl, whisk until well combined and set aside.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine salad vegetables and cilantro.
  3. Add slaw dressing and combine well.
  4. Let slaw sit for 10 minutes, refrigerated.
  5. Transfer to serving bowl and garnish with sesame seeds.
