- Combine cubed chicken, smoked paprika, oregano, thyme, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper in a medium mixing bowl. Stir well to coat chicken.
- Heat olive oil over medium-high heat in a large skillet for 2 minutes. Add chicken and cook for 8 minutes, stirring regularly.
- Reduce heat to low. Add butter and melt. Stir well. Then add Umami Joy Sauce and simmer for 5 minutes longer.
- Serve chicken hot drizzled with sauce from the skillet and topped with fresh parsley.
