- Stir together rice vinegar, olive oil, garlic, dill, mint, oregano, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
- Place steak into a shallow pan and pour the marinade over the meat until coated, reserving a couple of tablespoons of the marinade for later. Cover and marinate 2-8 hours.
- Preheat grill or cast-iron grill pan over medium-high heat and grease with vegetable oil. When grill is very hot, place steak on using tongs and grill for 5 minutes on each side or until it reaches desired doneness. Transfer steak to a cutting board to rest for 10 minutes. Slice meat diagonally against the grain and serve topped with reserved marinade.
