- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
- In a medium bowl, stir together Kikkoman® Karaage coating mix, baking powder, black pepper, and salt. Set aside.
- Place chicken wings on a plate and pat dry using a paper towel. Spray with a light coating of cooking spray. Using tongs, transfer chicken to the karaage mix bowl and toss.
- Remove wings from the bowl and place in the air fryer, making sure to spread them evenly apart. Cook for 10 minutes, then flip. Finish cooking for another 5 minutes until the wing center reaches 165°F and the outside is golden and crispy.
- Pour the Kikkoman® Sweet Chili Sauce into a large bowl. Remove cooked wings from the airfryer using tongs and toss in sauce. Remove wings from bowl and place back in the air fryer. Cook for 2-4 minutes until the sauce has created a glaze on the wings.
- Remove wings from the air fryer and place on a wire rack. Allow to cool for 5 minutes.
- Transfer wings to a serving platter. For extra saucy wings, serve alongside additional Kikkoman® Sweet Chili Sauce for dipping.
Optional: Garnish with sesame seeds and chives.
