Black Pepper Pork Stir-Fry

3-4 Servings

ingredients

¾ pound boneless pork, cut across grain into thin strips

1  tablespoon cornstarch

1  tablespoon Kikkoman© Soy Sauce

3  tablespoons Kikkoman© Sesame Oil, divided

1 cup chunked bell pepper

½  cup chunked onion

2  green onions, cut into 1-inch lengths

¼ cup Kikkoman© Black Pepper Sauce

directions

  1. Coat pork with mixture of cornstarch and soy sauce; let stand 15 minutes.
  2. Heat 2 Tbsp. sesame oil in hot wok or large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add pork and stir-fry about 2 minutes, or until pork is cooked.  Remove pork from pan.
  3. Heat remaining 1 Tbsp. sesame oil in same pan. Add bell pepper and onion, stir-fry 1 to 2 minutes, or until vegetables are tender-crisp.
  4. Reduce heat to low.  Add pork, green onions, and black pepper sauce. Cook and stir until all pieces are evenly coated with sauce.
