- Coat pork with mixture of cornstarch and soy sauce; let stand 15 minutes.
- Heat 2 Tbsp. sesame oil in hot wok or large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add pork and stir-fry about 2 minutes, or until pork is cooked. Remove pork from pan.
- Heat remaining 1 Tbsp. sesame oil in same pan. Add bell pepper and onion, stir-fry 1 to 2 minutes, or until vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Reduce heat to low. Add pork, green onions, and black pepper sauce. Cook and stir until all pieces are evenly coated with sauce.
