About this recipe

Looking for a fun and flavorful snack? Creamy Fried Pickle Dip is your new go-to! Combining the tangy bite of dill pickles with a rich, creamy base and topped with buttery toasted Kikkoman® Panko Bread Crumbs, this dip has all the crunch and flavor of fried pickles without the actual frying. Perfect for parties, game day, or just because—it’s ready in only 15 minutes!

This fried pickle dip recipe brings together cream cheese, sour cream, and a splash of pickle juice to create a smooth, tangy base that pairs perfectly with the crunchy bread crumb topping. Serve it with potato chips, pretzels, or fresh veggies for dipping, and watch it disappear in no time.

Tips and Tricks

  • Toast the bread crumbs slowly over medium heat to ensure they’re golden and evenly crunchy without burning.
  • For extra tang, use Greek yogurt instead of sour cream, or add an extra splash of pickle juice.
  • Make the dip a few hours ahead to let the flavors meld together—it tastes even better after chilling!
  • Pair this cream cheese pickle dip with thick-cut potato chips or crunchy pretzel rods for the perfect scoop.

THE STORY OF SOY SAUCE

Even people who love soy sauce and use it all the time are often surprised to learn what it is and how it’s made. We make ours from just four simple ingredients—water, soybeans, wheat, and salt. Those ingredients are transformed through a traditional brewing process—much like making wine or beer—that has remained unchanged for centuries.
