- Crack the egg into a bowl and use a fork or a whisk to beat the entire egg until the yolk and white are combined and have a uniform color.
- In a second large shallow bowl, stir together panko, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, thyme, salt and pepper.
- Grease basket of air fryer with cooking oil spray. Working in two batches, dip pork chops in egg, allowing excess to drip back into the bowl. Then place into panko mixture and coat on all sides, gently pressing to help the coating adhere. Place in air fryer.
- Air fry at 390ºF for 10-12 minutes, until pork chops are cooked through and coating is golden brown.
- Serve hot topped with fresh parsley.
