ingredients

Gournay cheese block
¼ cup flour
1 egg
½ cup Kikkoman® Panko Bread Crumbs
2 tablespoons hot honey
1 teaspoon fresh rosemary

directions

  1. Heat oven to 400°F.
  2. Dredge your Gournay cheese in flour, egg and panko.
  3. Place the cheese on a baking sheet and put in the oven for 10 minutes to bake (until you see it starting to get golden brown).
  4. Take it out of the oven place on serving dish.
  5. Top the baked crispy cheese with hot honey and chopped fresh rosemary
  6. Serve alongside crackers and enjoy warm!
