Tossed in a creamy, tangy, and spicy dressing made with Kikkoman® Gluten-Free Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce, Kikkoman® Less Sodium Soy Sauce, and lime, this is a bold take on a sriracha potato salad you’ll want to make on repeat.

Tips & Tricks

  • For a punchier spicy potato salad, add extra sriracha or a pinch of cayenne to the dressing.
  • Want even more crispiness? Lightly smash the potatoes before roasting for a crispy smashed potato salad.

THE STORY OF SOY SAUCE

Even people who love soy sauce and use it all the time are often surprised to learn what it is and how it’s made. We make ours from just four simple ingredients—water, soybeans, wheat, and salt. Those ingredients are transformed through a traditional brewing process—much like making wine or beer—that has remained unchanged for centuries.
