- Whisk together warm water, sugar, and yeast in a small bowl. Allow yeast to activate for 10 minutes.
- On a clean work surface, pour flour and create a well in the center. Pour yeast mixture, garlic, yogurt and oil in center and form into dough. Knead for 10 minutes. Place dough in a small bowl and cover with a damp towel. Place in a warm spot to rise for 1 hour.
- Divide dough into 6 equal portions. Flour work surface and roll dough out using a rolling pin into thin 8 inch oval discs.
- Heat a cast iron pan over medium-high heat for 3 minutes and lightly grease with sesame oil. Place 1 piece of Naan on hot skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until Naan puffs and turns brown in spots.
- Brush Naan with sesame oil and sprinkle with sea salt. Set aside and repeat with remaining pieces. Serve warm.
