- Pat salmon dry.
- Place salmon in a container and pour teriyaki over salmon.
- Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
- Remove salmon from refrigerator and place on an oiled baking sheet.
- Add honey on top of salmon.
- Bake salmon at 400°F for 8-10 minutes (depending on thickness of each filet).
- Pour remaining marinade into a small saucepan, bring to a boil, and then lower the heat to simmer until the sauce thickens and becomes a glaze.
- Pour the glaze over the salmon, top with green onions and serve with a side of rice.
