4 tablespoons neutral cooking oil 
4 large eggs 
1 tablespoon Kikkoman® Soy Sauce 
2 teaspoons sweetener 
1-2 tablespoon green onions, sliced
Pinch of pepper 
1 Thai chili pepper ​​

Chili Lime Soy Sauce
2 tablespoons Kikkoman® Soy Sauce 
½ tablespoon sweetener 
½ tablespoon lime juice
Cilantro, minced
Green onion, minced
Thai chili pepper

directions

  1. Prepare oil by heating up the skillet and allow it to come to temperature. 
  2. To a bowl, add eggs, soy sauce, sweetener, green onions and chili pepper and whisk together until combined.
  3. To the pan, add the egg mixture and allow it to sear and become fluffy and crisp.
  4. When edges are brown and fluffed, flip and remove from heat.
  5. Combine all ingredients for the chili lime soy sauce.
  6. Remove omelet from pan and serve over a bed of rice with the chili lime soy sauce or another dip of your choosing.
