- Marinate chicken chunks in teriyaki sauce for at least 30 minutes (up to overnight).
- Preheat grill or grill pan over medium heat.
- Thread chicken onto skewers, alternate with pineapple or bell peppers if using.
- Grill skewers for about 3–4 minutes per side, brushing with extra teriyaki sauce, until fully cooked and caramelized.
- Serve warm with rice, veggies, or even just by themselves as a fun handheld meal!
