6-8 large eggs​
½ cup Kikkoman® Less Sodium Soy Sauce​
¼ cup water​
¼ cup Kikkoman® Kotteri Mirin​
1½ tablespoons white sugar

directions

  1. Bring a pot of water to a boil. Gently lower the eggs into the boiling water and boil for 6 minutes for the perfect soft-
    boiled eggs. ​
  2. Transfer the eggs to an ice bath for 15 minutes to cool down. ​
  3. Crack and peel the eggs. Set them aside. ​
  4. To make the marinade, combine soy sauce, water, mirin, and sugar. ​
  5. Place the peeled eggs in a small container or bag. Pour the prepared marinade over the eggs and let them
    marinate in the refrigerator for at least 12 hours or overnight. ​
  6. Enjoy the eggs as a snack or as ramen topping.
