- Preheat oven to 425 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Add pepitas to a food processor and process until finely ground
- Whisk together finely ground pepitas with Kikkoman Teriyaki Marinade until smooth.
- Toss marinade with diced cauliflower, toss to coat cauliflower and place on baking sheet.
- Bake 10-15 minutes, serve warm with lime wedges.
