2 spinach tortillas
2 ounces cream cheese, softened
½ cup sushi rice, cooked and chilled (about 1 cup after cooking)

¼ English cucumber, peeled and sliced into matchsticks
1 green onion, cut into 4-inch pieces
⅓ cup chopped fresh cilantro
½ cup Kikkoman® Less Sodium Soy Sauce, for dipping

directions

1. Spread 1 ounce of cream cheese on tortilla. Spread half of sushi rice on cream cheese layer in the center of tortilla. Press gently with fingertips to help rice stick.
2. Top with half of salmon, cucumber, onion and cilantro. Roll tortilla snugly away from you.
3. Repeat with second tortilla.
4. Slice into 1-inch pinwheels. Serve with soy sauce for dipping.

THE STORY OF SOY SAUCE

Even people who love soy sauce and use it all the time are often surprised to learn what it is and how it’s made. We make ours from just four simple ingredients—water, soybeans, wheat, and salt. Those ingredients are transformed through a traditional brewing process—much like making wine or beer—that has remained unchanged for centuries.
