Sautéed Mushrooms with Black Pepper

ingredients

2 tablespoons Kikkoman© Sesame Oil, divided

1  cup thinly sliced onion

8  ounces fresh mushrooms, cut in half

2  tablespoons Kikkoman© Black Pepper Sauce

1  green onion, thinly sliced

directions

  1. Heat 1 Tbsp. sesame oil in hot large skillet over medium-high heat.  Add onion; stir-fry 1 minute.
  2. Reduce heat to medium heat. Add remaining 1 Tbsp. sesame oil and mushrooms; stir-fry 2 minutes longer.
  3. Add black pepper sauce and 2 Tbsp. water; cook and stir until vegetables are evenly coated with sauce.
  4. Transfer immediately to serving dish. Sprinkle with green onion.
