ingredients

  • 1 lb. (1/2 of 32 oz. bag) frozen taters (shredded seasoned potatoes)
  • Nonstick cooking spray
  • 1 tablespoon Kikkoman® Chili Sesame Oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Line large shallow baking pan with parchment paper. Add taters and arrange in single layer. Bake 10 minutes.
  3. Remove from oven. Stir taters. Lightly spray bottom of a small glass cup with nonstick cooking spray. Gently press down on each tater to slightly flatten onto baking pan. 
  4. Bake 10 to 15 minutes longer, or until golden brown and crispy. Remove from oven.
  5. In small bowl, whisk together Chili Sesame Oil, garlic powder, and black pepper and lightly brush over hot taters.
