- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- Line large shallow baking pan with parchment paper. Add taters and arrange in single layer. Bake 10 minutes.
- Remove from oven. Stir taters. Lightly spray bottom of a small glass cup with nonstick cooking spray. Gently press down on each tater to slightly flatten onto baking pan.
- Bake 10 to 15 minutes longer, or until golden brown and crispy. Remove from oven.
- In small bowl, whisk together Chili Sesame Oil, garlic powder, and black pepper and lightly brush over hot taters.
