- Rinse and drain tofu. Cut into 1-inch cubes; drain well on several layers of paper towels.
- Heat oil in hot large skillet over medium heat. Stir in garlic and, if desired, crushed red pepper. Add pork; stir-fry until pork is cooked through.
- Add Szechuan sauce and tofu. Cook and gently stir until sauce starts to boil and tofu is heated through. Transfer to serving dish.
- Sprinkle with green onions and serve with rice.
