Szechuan Tofu & Pork

4-6 Servings

ingredients

1  package (14 to 16 ounces) medium-firm or firm tofu

1  tablespoon vegetable oil

1 clove garlic, minced

½ teaspoon crushed red pepper (optional)

½ pound ground pork

¾ cup Kikkoman© Szechuan Sauce

2  green onion tops, cut diagonally into thin slices

directions

  1. Rinse and drain tofu. Cut into 1-inch cubes; drain well on several layers of paper towels.
  2. Heat oil in hot large skillet over medium heat. Stir in garlic and, if desired, crushed red pepper. Add pork; stir-fry until pork is cooked through.
  3. Add Szechuan sauce and tofu. Cook and gently stir until sauce starts to boil and tofu is heated through. Transfer to serving dish.
  4. Sprinkle with green onions and serve with rice.
