- Heat oil over medium heat in a large skillet for 2 minutes. Blot shrimp with a paper towel to remove excess liquid. Add shrimp to a hot pan and cook for 2 minutes, stirring regularly. Add Takumi and stir to coat. Continue to cook for 2-3 minutes longer, until shrimp is fully cooked.
- Spread guacamole on tostadas. Top with 4-5 shrimp, cilantro, onion, and jalapeños. Serve with lime wedges.
