- Start off by separating your enoki mushrooms into individual pieces. Then wrap each enoki mushroom portion with 1-2 thin beef slices.
- Chop onion into half-moon slices and add to a hot pan. Then stir fry by adding ¼ cup of teriyaki sauce.
- Once the onions are translucent, add in enoki beef rolls with the rest of the teriyaki sauce and water.
- When it starts to boil, cover with a lid until everything is fully cooked.
- Then serve over rice and add optional garnishes and enjoy!
