ingredients

1 tablespoon butter
⅓ cup Kikkoman® Teriyaki Takumi, Original
2 eggs
2 tablespoons water

For Serving​
Cooked rice
1 stalk green onion, chopped
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste

directions

  1. Add your butter to a pan on medium heat.
  2. Once butter is melted and the bottom of the pan is coated, add the Takumi.
  3. Once the sauce begins to bubble, add both of your eggs to the sauce.
  4. Let eggs cook for 2-3 minutes before adding 2 tablespoons of water to the pan, then cover.
  5. Once the pan has been covered for 2-3 minutes, remove the top and serve with rice and green onion. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
