- Add your butter to a pan on medium heat.
- Once butter is melted and the bottom of the pan is coated, add the Takumi.
- Once the sauce begins to bubble, add both of your eggs to the sauce.
- Let eggs cook for 2-3 minutes before adding 2 tablespoons of water to the pan, then cover.
- Once the pan has been covered for 2-3 minutes, remove the top and serve with rice and green onion. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
