- Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat in a medium skillet for 2 minutes. Add gnocchi and lightly brown for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally. Transfer gnocchi to a plate.
- Heat remaining olive oil in skillet over medium-high heat. Add bell pepper, snap peas, and mushrooms. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add Takumi sauce and cook for 2 minutes longer.
- Return gnocchi to skillet and stir gently to coat with sauce. Heat for 1 minute. Serve hot, garnished with cilantro.
